We coat aluminium surfaces with Superfoil - a multiIayer foil air bubble insulation. It protects against corrosion and provide a waterproof insulation system.

The aluminium layers keep your home warm in winter and cool in summer by reflecting radiant heat back into the home.

To achieve this, Fascia Plus will: 

• Replace rotten timbers where necessary, treating and restrengthening the wooden support.
  
• Replace old support jacks with new corrosion resistant jacks.
  
• Replace floorboard where necessary.
  
• Provide under-floor insulation using latest Superfoil insulation as standard.
  
• Clean and treat the steel chassis with rubberised coating to prevent further corrosion.
