Guttering Repairs and Replacement by Fascia Plus
Fascia Plus is a family run roofing company based in Berkswell, between Coventry and Solihull, with over 25 years of experience in the trade. We repair and replace guttering and downpipes for homeowners across Coventry, Solihull, Leamington Spa, Warwick and Kenilworth, from fixing a single leaking joint to fitting a complete new uPVC system. Gutters that leak or overflow send rainwater down your walls and into the brickwork, so it pays to sort them out early.
Gutter Repairs
Most gutter problems show themselves in wet weather: water dripping from a joint, spilling over the edge of a run, or a dark stain spreading down the wall below. Many of these can be put right without replacing the whole system.
- Leaking joints: We reseal or replace failed joints so water stays in the gutter instead of dripping down the wall.
- Cracked or broken sections: Damaged lengths are cut out and replaced, matched to your existing guttering where possible.
- Sagging runs and loose brackets: We re-secure loose brackets and reset the fall so water runs to the downpipe instead of pooling.
- Blocked downpipes: We clear blocked downpipes so the system can drain properly again.
New Guttering and Gutter Replacement
Where guttering is old, brittle or too small for the roof, a full replacement is usually better value than patching it year after year. We measure your roof area at the survey and recommend the right size, then fit new uPVC gutters and downpipes in a choice of profiles and colours. If the fascia boards behind are rotten, we remove the rotten timber and replace it before the new guttering goes up, so the new system has something sound to fix to and lasts as long as possible.

Guttering in Coventry
Coventry has a lot of post war and inter war housing, from the rebuilt streets near the city centre to the semis and terraces of Earlsdon, Cheylesmore, Stoke, Coundon, Allesley and Tile Hill. On homes of this age the guttering has often been up for decades, and over time the seals perish, brackets work loose and runs start to sag. We repair and replace guttering across the city, and where the fascia behind the gutter has gone soft we replace that in the same visit. If you'd like to see the other roofing work we cover in the city, visit our Coventry roofers page.
